This demonstration is not operated by Bookkeeping by Beks. Its form is reserved for controlled synthetic testing and is connected only to a separate test CRM.

What the form stores

The form stores the synthetic first name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, a request receipt, and operational timestamps needed to test the funnel. Do not submit real customer or personal information.

How the data is used

Entries are used only to test lead capture, CRM administration, account controls, backup, and deletion workflows. The form does not contact Bookkeeping by Beks, send an email, book an appointment, or use the real business's production form endpoint.

Analytics and advertising

Visitor analytics, advertising customer data, advertising pixels, and Google Tag Manager are disabled. For this controlled synthetic demonstration, approved campaign parameters and click identifiers in the landing-page address are stored as first-touch and latest-touch context with the submitted test enquiry in the independent CRM. Unknown query parameters are excluded, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables this attribution capture. No attribution or form data is sent to an advertising platform.

First-party attribution is still data processing. Any live release needs an operator-approved privacy notice, purpose and lawful-basis review, retention rules, access controls, and a tested process for applicable privacy requests.

Access and deletion

Only demonstration administrators can access CRM records. Administrators can remove synthetic records through the CRM data controls. Account recovery requires an administrator-approved workflow; it is not bypassed in this demonstration.
